Rustic Rose Boutique accepts returns and exchanges of regular priced items only. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be communicated within 7 days of receiving your item. To start a return, please contact us at info@rusticrosemi.com. 5. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@rusticrosemi.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event the return is declined, you be contacted with explanation.

7. What is Rustic Rose Boutique's shipping policy?

All U.S orders containing $35 or more are eligible for free shipping. Please allow 2-5 business days for items to be shipped from the date of purchase. If there are any delays, we will contact you. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the package is in the hands of the delivery service company, Rustic Rose Boutique is no longer responsible for any delays. However, we will help assist with any delays where we are able!
